Chuck-E-Cheese is a great place for the kids they just lowered good parking the food is good and even the cake is very delicious but the only thing I don't like and that's why I did not give it five stars is because do you use a card instead of coins and credits to play games which is very confusing I think they should fix that

The staff were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure that my family had everything we needed. Our food was ready quickly (even though they were very busy). A staff came to ask if there was anything else we needed. A game malfunctioned and before we even had to ask someone came over to fix it and give us a free game. Anna was particularly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Great place for kids of course. The only frustration I had to was about how long it took for a SMALL order of simple boneless wings was. The pizza for a very slow Saturday was 40-50 minutes and the small wings I ordered was an hour and a half. I was all around the kid arcade and obviously noticed that there wasn't that many tables to be served. I told my husband to go check what was taking so long. He came back and told me the whole gossip about the lady cashier loosing her phone and it was unclear what happened but that her white I phone was missing. Not sure how that was any of our business but I would hate the think that's why they took such a long time for a small order. It looked like the manager that came by to give us our order of wings and kindly ask if we needed anything else. Btw the food is very basic. Definitely should not take that long.

We go to this location because it's the closest one to our house. It's been over 6 months since we came and they finally got some new games. Some of the games are out of order and this is one of my complaints about this location. Some games don't work but there is no sign that advises you of this so it eats your money. You can always complain and they'll most likely reimburse you but they got these cards now instead of tokens so it's a little more time consuming to load up the card instead of just giving you another token.
Also the place gets crowded, especially on the weekends, so mamas make sure to keep an eye on your kids!
I have to admit though, I love Chuck E Cheese's pizza. And my daughter is a very picky eater and she can scarf down like 5 slices on her own! They have these unlimited lunch buffets now that I still need to try from 11am - 2 pm at a reasonable price of $6.99 for adults and $4.99 for kids. -

I really like this place I'm not going to lie, but then again it depends on your age. My boyfriend and I went here, both of us being over 18, and we realized that you run out of things to do immediately if you're not below a certain age. The staff here range from super helpful and amazing to not caring about anything. Frankly, I don't blame those who don't seem to keen to assist young screaming children and their parents
Overall, my visit was made by the pizza. You'd be surprised how good it is. Sure, it's not amazing restaurant quality, but it's pretty solid in its own right. The crust is seasoned well with garlic and other spices and herbs, the ratio of cheese and sauce is great, and the pizza itself isn't heavy and gut wrenching after eating. A little pricey at $13 for a medium, but I liked it. If you don't have kids, don't expect to be here for more than an hour.
